The front building (built in 1900) with its facade facing Thalkirchener Street and the railway embankment were renovated from the ground up. Two commercial units were built on the ground floor at the same time as a loft conversion and 15 apartments on the upper floors.
The dilapidated rear building, accessible through the inner courtyard, was demolished and a new building housing 5 apartments was erected.
